Beastie Boys, Hot Sauce Committee Part Two

Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, Beastie Boys
The good news is that the Beastie Boys are back and from the first listens to tracks from Hot Sauce Committee Part Two they're back to their old school self. Some critics fall into the trap of always asking "what's new", but it's that kind of attitude that forces some bands to go in completely new directions, thankfully it doesn't sound like Beastie Boys have taken the bait.

The Beastie Boys have been around for one hell of a long time, going back to the late 70s, and with seven studio albums under their Brooklyn belts their the source of some of the best hip hop tracks of the last THIRTY years. Breaking into their 4th decade in the music industry Hot Sauce Committee Part 2 could see them smash their way back to the top.

The album release date is 2nd May 2011 with a Deluxe Edition out at the same time. With a massive 16 hip hob beats Hot Sauce Committee Part Two is a packed album, including the Fight for Your Right feel of Make Some Noise. Other song titles include Nonstop Disco Powerpack, OK, Funky Donky and Multilateral Nuclear Disarmament.

There's also a trailer for the release of Beatie Boys' Hot Sauce Committee Part 2 featuring Elijah Wood, Danny McBride (Your Highness), Seth Rogan (The Green Hornet), Will Ferrell and Susan Sarandon. If all goes to plan, it will be hip hop old school brilliance at it's best.
