Submit your own review to Tuppence Magazine

Tuppence Magazine isn't just about my opinions, it's about your side of things too. If you have read a book, listened to an album, been to a gig, seen a film, watched something on the tele, seen a show, played a computer game, been to an exhibition, eaten out or bought something recently and want to write about it then send it in to us at Tuppence. We can't promise to upload everything, but if it's well written and interesting then it'll definitely get considered.

Any contribution making it live on the site will be in with a chance of winning our review of the month competition.

The rules for submitting reviews to Tuppence Magazine are simple and by submitting a review you are agreeing to them:

1. The review that you send in must be your own work - you can't send in stuff written by anyone else. No plagiarism allowed. Only send in unique content.

2. By sending in a review, you grant us the rights to it - we will be able to publish it anywhere on the website, blog, Twitter, Facebook, social networking and bookmarking sites or syndicate through RSS. We would also be able to change where it appears, including the category, at any time. Essentially, by sending in your review, you are giving the rights to it to Tuppence Magazine.

3. Submitting a review to Tuppence Magazine does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not necessarily receive compensation from Tuppence Magazine for reviews that you submit. However, there will be the occasional reward for the "Review of the month". However, this will be solely at the discretion of Tuppence magazine

4. Sending in a review doesn't guarantee that the review will be published on Tuppence Magazine - publishing reviews will be solely at the discretion of Tuppence Magazine's editor.

So what's in it for you?

Well firstly you could have your content published online and would be able to refer other people, including employers, to your online content as an example of your published writing skills. You can think of Tuppence as a potential online writing portfolio. All reviews that are published will have the writer's name on it.

Additionally, it is a means to getting your writing and opinions read by others. The site is new at the moment, but it is already featuring in Google's ranking pages, so you could be giving your voice a global audience.

There’s also the review of the month competition to think about.

Finally, Tuppence Magazine could give you a chance to get your take on the world off your chest; initiating debate and bringing good things to the masses, because to be honest the masses appear to be getting it wrong a lot (you only have to look at the Singles chart to see it for yourself), so at Tuppence you can tell people about the things you like, or dislike, and hopefully bring an end to crap songs being played endlessly on the radio.
