Review of the month writing competition winners


Tuppence Magazine isn't just about my opinions, it's about your side of things too, and here is a run down of the best of the best writers that have sent in reviews and won our Review of the Month Writer’s Competition:


February 2011

Sinead Fitzgibbon for her review of Cold Comfort Farm. The prize for February was a big roll over and included a semi leaved copy of Alone in Berlin, Brandon Flowers’ Flamingo, Rob Sheffield’s Love is a Mix Tape, Brian Eno’s Small Craft on a Milk Sea, Samantha Harvey’s The Wilderness, Liam Galagher’s Beady Eye, Different Gear, Still Speeding and Mike Leigh’s Another Year.



July 2010

Martin Leese for his review of Kraken by China Mieville. The prize for July included My Booky Wook, by Russell Brand, the Transformers 2 DVD and the shizzle dizzle that is Family Guy Something, Something, Something, Dark Side DVD with a digital copy for iPods n other such gizmos.



Submit a review to be in with a shout for the next Review of the Month writing competition. If we don’t have a winner in any month then the prizes will roll over and be topped up with other stuff.
