Jack White
Following the sad departure of The White Stripes, it was always going to be a matter of time before Jack White put out solo work. With the recent release of single, Love Interruption, and the upcoming output of his first solo album, Blunderbuss, on the 23rd April 2012, he's back on the music scene with a bang.

The track lisitng for Blunderbuss is pretty dark, matching the brooding feel of the album artwork, which is a big departure from the old vivid red and white White Stripes albums of their early career.

Blunderbuss track listing:

1. Missing Pieces

2. Sixteen Saltines

3. Freedom At 21

4. Love Interruption

5. Blunderbuss

6. Hypocritical Kiss

7. Weep Themselves To Sleep

8. I'm Shakin'

9. Trash Tongue Talker

10. Hip (Eponymous) Poor Boy

11. I Guess I Should Go To Sleep

12. On And On And On

13. Take Me With You When You Go

Love Interuption, the first tastes of what Blunderbuss might sound like, starts out with accoustic simplicity and accompanying blues harmony vocals from Ruby Amanfu. The addition of bass clarinet to provide the melody for the song could hint at new musical experimentation from Jack White.

He'll be performing two of the songs from Blunderbuss on Saturday Night Live on the 3rd of March 2012, so it shouldn't be long before we start to hear more plays of tracks from the album on the radio too.
