Formula 1 2010 hits the Playstation 3, PC DVD and Xbox 360

Ever since the might of team Brawl stole the stage in Formula 1 in 2009, the sport has taken a big boost in action and excitement. On the back of the hype for the 2010 season, Formula 1 2010 is nearing its launch date, with a release on Playstation 3, PC DVD and Xbox 360 planned for 24th August.

Tuppence Magazine UK is an entertainment, news & reviews website that delivers my take and your take on stuff from the music world, films, television, books, computer games, food & drink, politics, theatre, comedy, politics (random), art and fashion. Send in your reviews.

While team Brawn is no more, bought out by McClaren Mercedes, the excitement is already hotting up for the 2010 season with Red Bull looking like real contenders. Formula 1 2010 comes equipped with all of the teams, racers and circuits , so you’ll be able to recreate the action youself.

The big news for F1 2010 is how dynamic weather will affect your strategy and on track performance in the game. Weather warnings and your tyre choices will be a big contributor to how well you compete during a race. Obviously, the big addition to racing in 2010 is the fact that refuelling pit stops are no more, so that puts even more pressure on how you manage your tyres.

With lots of career options, realistic pit lanes and multiplayer, online action with a range of modes, Formula 1 2010 sounds like it’s got everything covered. Fingers crossed, the game lives up to the real thing.
