Wichita Records has announced the lineup for a free gig at the 100 Club on London’s Oxford Street in association with Converse. The gig will be headlined by the indie pop brilliance of Veronica Falls with Frankie and the Heartstrings and Cheetah’s completing the bill.
The free gig will be taking place on Wednesday the 17th October 2012 and you can enter the competition to win tickets for it at www.converse.co.uk/conversegigs. The event is a part of Converse’s monthly night at the 100 Club, which is cool to see after the campaign to save the 100 Club kept it up and running.
Veronica Falls will be headlining the night with some of the post punk indie pop hits that made their self titled debut album so impressive. However, it will also be an opportunity to be among the first to hear the new material from the follow-up album that they’re currently working on.
Ticket entries close Thursday 11th October, so get moving if you want to be in with a shout. The winners will be drawn at random and sent an email on Friday the 12th October 2012.
