Quietly and in the background Mango has been building up a reputation for having massive collections featuring some of the coolest lines of the season and their spring summer 2014 range is arguably one of their best. With more styles than you’ll know what to do with comfortably, no matter what category you look at, there’s easily enough to options to keep you busy for the entirety of the warmer weather months.
While they’re not so hot in the bleak mid winter, they really come alive for the sun and there’s a lot of confidence to be found their 2014 effort and it’s epitomised in their latest TV ad featuring model Daria Werbowy. In it there’s everything from very simple casuals and spring layers, to smart black jump suits, a very short floaty black dress with see-through skirt . However, if you want a lesson in how to make anything look stand out, just take a little time to check out how much self-assured indifference and fun she kicks out in the video below.
There are a whole load more model shots below of Werbowy making everything look effortlessly cool, but if we’re honest you could probably do the same too. Just head over to Mango with a blindfold on, get spun around and point in any direction, before dressing yourself in whatever you get blind and heading outside for a selfie and you wouldn’t be too far away from them, which is definitely no mean feat.
Just a simple cream knitted jumper and a wistful gaze is all you need by the look of things to make it through the last of the cooler early spring months before the summer comes back at full tilt.
We love this white jacket and blouse look and when you’re Daria Werbowy you can clearly set the pace to make it work in a beach setting with no trousers on, but it’s probably got more legs as an office chic option with a skirt or trousers.
You’ve got to love the never-ending brilliance of the leather biker jacket and Mango’s spring/summer option is one of the coolest we’ve seen, short of the Vivienne Westwood leather jacket. It’s got some nice dotted detail and the zips look like they vaguely shimmer.
