The full list of Jumanji The Next Level special features for Blu-ray, 4K and digital HD isn’t complete just yet, but Sony Pictures has given us our first glimpse of the bonus content with a video listing out sone of the features included. You can check out the video in full below and we’ve broken down all of the details announced so far in the preview list underneath.
Sadly, there will be no extras for either the DVD or the standard definition digital release, so if you want all of the bonus content then you’re going to need to go for either the Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD or digital HD/4K. We’re expecting more details from Sony for Jumanji 2 The Next Level, so we’ll add them in when they’re announced.

Go behind the scenes – you get a little peak of this feature in the video below as the cast take you onto the set to see them filming the movie
Immerse Yourself In The World – Jumanji Welcome To The Jungle introduced us to the computer game modern take on Jumanji and the 2nd film in the series takes things to the next level. This feature gives you a glimpse of of how it all came together to build things out even further.
Hear From The Cast And Filmmakers – a series of interviews with the main cast – Dwayne Johnson (Hobbs & Shaw), Karen Gilliam (Avengers Endgame), Jack Black (King Fu Panda) and Kevin Hart (Hobbs & Shaw) – plus the team behind the camera, including director Jake Kasden.
The inevitable Gag Reel – we’re expecting this to include a few bloopers too, as well as Jack Black forgetting his lines (again).
All-in-all there’s over an hour of bonus content, which is a nice chunk of special features to enjoy and they all fit well with the fun adventure style of the film and the comedy talents of the cast. There isn’t anything in the special features teaser video below that includes the new additions to the film, Danny Glover and Danny DeVito, but they’re bound to be in the mix somewhere in all of that bonus content.

The preview video gives you a little sample of the special features included on the Jumanji The Next Level Blu-ray, 4K and HD digital release, so there are little snippets from each of the extras listed above. With so much CGI, the incredible jungle setting and some of the biggest names in Hollywood, the bonus material should be worth a watch, especially for fans of the film, or stars.
If you’re watching the video in the UK, don’t be fooled by the details for the release date. They’re just for the US market, so they don’t apply in the UK. Instead, you’re looking at more like mid April for the DVD, Blu-ray and 4K formats and a couple of weeks before that for the digital release.
