The Rocky spinoff is out on the big screen, so here’s a look ahead at the latest on the Creed 3 UK DVD, Blu-ray and digital release date. It picked up solid reviews ahead of the release and continues the story of Adonis Creed as he takes on his next big challenge, his troubled past.
Micheal B. Jordan is back in the gloves and boots of the main character Adonis Creed, but this time around he also led the reigns behind the camera in his directorial debut. It’s the first film in the Creed franchise – which continues the legacy of the Rocky movies – not to feature Sylvester Stallone.
AdvertisementAll of this left a lot of the focus on Jordan’s shoulders, but with all of the training it looks like he’s managed to hold the weight of expectation. He had a strong writing team behind him with Ryan Coogler (Black Panther Wakanda Forever), Keenan Coogler and Zach Baylin (Gran Turismo, King Richard) working on the story, as well as the skill of Tessa Thompson in the cast for the 3rd film.
This makes the prospect of the DVD, Blu-ray and digital release all the more important, especially as it completes the latest set for any boxing, Rocky or sporting drama fans out there. Creed 3 picks up with Donnie five years after the events of the previous film and it sees him facing off against childhood friend Damien (Jonathan Majors), who has recently been released from prison.
Whether you’re looking to include the DVD, Blu-ray or digital versions to your collection or you want to see the film away from cinemas, the release date breakdown below should give you something to work with. With so many positive reviews it could well go down as one of the classics in the series.

UK Blu-ray, digital and DVD release date latest
AdvertisementThe movie came out in cinemas on March 3rd, 2023, so the Creed 3 UK Blu-ray, digital and DVD release date should be between June and early-July based on our projections. However, there’s always the early access digital versions like Amazon’s home premier, which will allow you to rent or to buy the film a little early towards the end of its cinema run.
This will be contingent on the success of the film at the box office, along with the the release of other big films like Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania, so we’ll keep you posted here as things develop. The fact that it received good reviews is a good indicator that it will do well, but the arrest controversy for Jonathan Majors will inevitably take its toll in terms of how long the release of the DVD, Blu-ray and digital versions take after its arrival in theater.
The previous two movies are available to stream for free for subscribers to Amazon Prime Video, but that shouldn’t impact things for Creed 3. It’ll be a long time before it’s available to stream anywhere, so the big launch is still the UK Blu-ray, digital and DVD release date. With the US release planned for May it looks like our June-July prediction for the UK could be about right.

North America release date latest
The North America Creed III DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K release date will take place before the UK on May 23rd, 2023. It’s already out on early access digital, so you can rent or buy the film in the US from early April, which is a lot earlier than anyone was anticipating.
AdvertisementWe were expecting the standard digital and physical versions of the film to come out around early June 2023 in the US, but it’s going even earlier in May. This could all be due to the controversy mentioned above, but it’s hard to say either way.
If you’re looking to get all of the extras and bonus features then the you’re better off going with the Blu-ray or 4K versions in both the UK and North America. The DVD usually just comes with the film on its own normally and the digital versions are a bit unpredictable in comparison.
Creed 3 extras and special features
The details for the Creed 3 extras and special features have now been confirmed with the DVD, Blu-ray and digital release date announced for North America. The biggest of these will be, “Michael B. Jordan: In The Ring/Behind The Camera”, which will give us a look at how he managed to pull off both roles for the first time in his career.
The other big bonus content for the Creed III Blu-ray and 4K release with be, “Donnie And Dame – There’s No Enemy Like The Past”, which will focus on the back story of the new rivalry. There will also be deleted scenes to look forward to, but as we’ve already mentioned they’re not on the DVD, and you might want to check the digital details before you buy if the extras and special features are important to you.
