If you’ve missed out on UK festival tickets and still don’t have a holiday booked, you might want to check out the Beauregard Music Festival 2012 in Normandy, France. Starting off on the 6th July 2012, the festival goes on until Sunday the 8th and features an impressive lineup.
The Beauregard Music Festival includes the likes of The Kills, Metronomy and a whole host of Gallic charm. It will also be a good opportunity to hear material from Hot Chip’s new album, In Our Heads, with the band playing a 1am spot on the Saturday night.
With a nature park setting and a French chateau backdrop in Hérouville St-Clair, Normandy, the festival makes a good alternative to the sold out UK festivals. Though the camping tickets have all gone now, there are still general tickets for the full weekend, so if you can get the ferry tickets sorted and arrange accommodation, it’d made a pretty mental adventure.
