With the Avengers Endgame home entertainment release coming in September 2019, we’ll finally be getting the Avengers DVD box set containing all four of the films. Its also being released on Blu-ray, which will include a bonus disc of special features to go along with each of the four Avengers movies.
It’s been an emotional roller coaster over the years with the initial elation for each of the films as they have been released and then the hype for what would be coming next. However, now that all of the Avengers films have come out you can enjoy them all back to back with the box set.
All 4 films in one box set
It’s obviously going to be one of the go-to collections for re-watch for any Marvel or comic book fan and with so much entertainment included it’s clearly got a lot of hours of fun built into it. Going back to the very start of the formation of the Avengers and the first threat that they faced from the alien invasion in New York and then working through each of the four films is going to be a blast.
After Avengers Assemble came Age of Ultron where Tony Stark’s dream of protecting the Earth with a robot army came crashing down as Ultron arrived with a twisted dream of his own. However, the real threat came in the third movie, Avengers Infinity War, where Thanos arrived on the scene with his own personal take on how to improve the universe.
His dark plan was completed by the time Avengers Endgame came out, but this was far from the end for the team of superheros who rallied to fight back against the seemingly unstoppable enemy. It didn’t come without its sacrifices, but it’s all part of the epic journey that we’ve been lucky enough to go on with the Avengers over the last seven years. Avengers DVD box set release date UK
The Avengers DVD box set has been confirmed for UK release date of the 2nd of September 2019 with the Blu-ray also coming out on the same date. It’s arrival comes on the same day as the Avengers Endgame DVD, Blu-ray and digital release date, which closes the latest phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While there are many films still to come with the next phase of the epic project, it will be a very different team that takes things forward for the Avengers. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens next after Endgame and we’ll have our first taste of that with Spider-Man Far From Home which picks up with Peter as he deals with the aftermath of the battle with Thanos.
Avengers Blu-ray box set special features
While the avengers DVD box set for the four films doesn’t come with any additional featurettes the Blu-ray box set special features are pretty impressive. The bonus desk includes the bumper Batch of bonus features, which only adds to rewatch value of the box set.
